One Step Body Updates!

Hi Ladies!
First of all...I'm so excited to have our new members on board to get their summers off to a good start. Ksenjia, Cindy, Martha, Glenda & Jessica it has been a pleasure getting to know you and I love working with each and every one of you.
We have alot of Birthdays this month...
Happy Birthday to Brenda, Mia, Ksenija and Rebecca who celebrates in the month of May!
I would like to wish Mia much luck, she begins school this month..as she begins a journey to a new career! Way to Go Mia. I always tell you ladies...be fearless and be proud! Embarking on a new career is brave and I am so PROUD of you. We are all cheering you on Mia.
Sadly, its time to say goodbye to Gabby who is moving from NJ in a few weeks. We are all going to miss you Gabby...good luck in your new life. I'm so happy for you! I will not be far...I will be in your ear and on your computer hounding you to keep up with the workouts.
Congratulations to Rebecca for finishing a harrowing semester in school. Enjoy your summer off!

Welcome Cindy!
I'd like to welcome Cindy to One Step Body. Cindy is from Old Bridge and works in finance for a prestigious University Hospital. She is 29 years old, married and proud owner of a Shitzu! I am excited to work with you Cindy and I wish you success in your journey.
Ladies...I hope you are having good weekend. Spring is here so take advantage of the nice weather. Get out and walk and lets amp up the ab workouts. Next month we will be starting another ab challenge.
