Who are my clients??
I recently was asked by a new client..."who are my clients and where are they from?". I thought this was a great question as my clients are women from all walks of life..different backgrounds, ages and interests...so I'd like to talk about this amazing group of women who grace my gym and are dedicated to a healthier life!
Karen, age 48, S. Plainfield....Vice President of a Bank. Mother of 3, Wife. Aside from working out with me she also participates in bi-weekly aerobic classes and is embarking on a new endeavor of ballroom dancing with her husband.
Renee, age 51, Annandale....Software Developer. Renee will be married this November to the love of her life. We share a love of animals and I admire Renee's dedication to her training, she shows up without fail three days a week! Renee and her fiance also participate in Ballroom dancing! Sometimes I get breathless from all of her energy.
Donna, age 27, Edison...Social Worker. Donna has dedicated her career to helping others. Donna also participates in Salsa classes weekly and has become an avid snowboarder! One of the loves of Donna's life is her adorable dog...Santi..otherwise known to me as the Great Santini!!!
Mia, age 25, Edison....Merchandiser. Mia is a workhorse! She not only trains twice weekly with me, she attends spin class at a local gym three days a week and is dedicated to reaching her goals with a vengeance I admire.
Brenda, age 41, Metuchen...Administrator. Brenda is another dedicated trainee who attends training twice weekly. She also makes use of her companies gym by working out on alternate days...That's commitment! Brenda is an avid cook and loves her pooch..JD!
Dani, age 23, Morristown......Stock advisor. Dani is to be admired by all...she travels far to attend her training sessions and works out almost everyday at her companies gym. I am in awe of Dani's business accomplishments at such a young age.
Rebecca, age 25, Union City...Administrator & Student. Rebecca lives a very busy life working full time and also attending N.Y.U. in the pursuit of her Masters Degree. She is new to NJ..Originating from Georgia and she is a pleasure to work with...I love that Rebecca finds time to incorporate health and fitness into her life. She not only travels far to attend her training sessions with me, she works out at a gym locally near her home.
Brandy, age 23, Avon....Full time Employee & Student. Brandy works full time and is also pursuing her Masters in Psychology. She aspires to be a full time Psychologist with her own practice. In her spare time Brandy volunteers her time to serve her community and those less fortunate.
Rachel, age 21, Coltsneck...Full time Nanny & soon to be College Student. Rachel is from the State of Missouri..she currently works as a Nanny to two little boys and will be attending college this Summer part time. Rachel utililizes cardio equipment at her home when she is not training with me 3 times a week! Way to Go Rachel!
Maritza, age 44, Lawrenceville...Full time employee of Human Resources at an acclaimed medical center. Maritza hails from Boston and brings previous knowledge of fitness to her workouts. Maritza is a new homeowner and spends some of her free time (which she would jokingly say...there is not much free time) working on her lovely home.
Amanda, age 39, Woodbridge...Full time employee & contractor in the field of pharmaceuticals. Also a new homeowner, Amanda enjoys working on her new home and is a hard worker when she is training! Amanda is a fun addition to the gym and I enjoy our sessions. We share a love of reality television..so there is always something fun to discuss.
Darlene, age 56, Colonia...Full time employee of an orthodontic office. She is the mother of 5 and proud grandmother. I admire Darlene for embarking on a healthier lifestyle. Darlene is proof that it is never too late to make changes in our life.
Gabby, age 29, Union City, Full time personal assistant to CEO of prominent company in N.Y.C. Gabby is a busy lady who seems to be able to juggle the seriousness of responsibility and yet maintains a broad base of friendships. She brings joy to our sessions because she works hard but always with a smile!
I am so proud to work with all of these amazing women, the purpose of this blog is to show women that no matter where your come from, what your responsibilities are..its possible to work out, get healthy and have fun doing it!

I'd like to welcome Rachel and Brandy to One Step Body. It's my pleasure to work with the both of you and I look forward to sharing your journey!
Rachel is a Full time Nanny in Central New Jersey, she hails from Minnesota.
Brandy is a Part time student and full time employee pursuing her Masters Degree in Psychology. She will be graduating this spring and along with all of our ladies we would like to wish you success!
