Welcome to September!

Hello Ladies and ......Boys and Girls,

A new introduction because I recently implemented a new program designed to train children and teenagers to fight childhood obesity...which is a growing epidemic in our country. With that being said..I am so pleased to welcome Andrew and Ryan to our training program. Andrew is 11 and entering the 6th grade and Ryan is 14 and entering his freshman year in high school! Have a great school year boys!

I would also like to welcome Jackie and Metta to One Step Body!

Jackie is 27 years old and preparing for her April Wedding!

Metta is the working mother of a beautiful 2 year old boy and a loving wife!

I'm looking forward to sharing your journey!

Don't forget the 5K run for the Fallen hero's of 9/11 is next Sunday at 9:45. We will be meeting at One Step Body at 8 am sharp!

I have added an extra yoga class on Saturday September 9th..if you normally attend Sunday mornings class please be advised that there will not be a class on that day.
There will be on yoga classes from September 11th - 19th unless we can find a suitable sub for that week. Dina will return from her vacation and classes will resume the following week.

I'd like to wish Katie and Karen Happy Birthdays! Katie's birthday is today August 31st and Karen will be celebrating on September 14th.

Congratulations to a Cindy, who is expecting her first child this spring. Cindy we are all sending you healthy and happy vibes to you and Jason! Also..many congratulations on your new home. I hope you and your family have many happy memories there together.

We will be implementing Massage Therapy and also a Nutrition Counselor this month as additional services. I will post more information in a few days as well as speak with each of you individually.
I hope you all have a GREAT Labor Day Weekend...and for those of you going back to school...have a great first session!
