Welcome to OUR Blog Ladies!

I am so excited to have a blog to share with all of you. The purpose of this is to share information with you that might help you in your fitness and wellness endeavors when you are not with me in the gym. It is important to remember that only a fraction of the work happens when your working out.

Your input and comments are welcome and I look forward to hearing from all of you.

I want to start out with a bang so as a gift to all of my clients for the holidays, I am giving you one free session to be used from Thanksgiving until January 1st.

I will leave you with this thought. Thanksgiving is over, throw out the leftovers, put the pies in the garbage and focus on eating healthy and working out so that your holiday can be spent without guilt and remorse!

Drink water, move your body, park those cars far away when holiday shopping for the extra steps and I'll see you at the gym!
