Welcome to OUR Blog Ladies!
November 30th, 2005I am so excited to have a blog to share with all of you. The purpose of this is to share information with you that might help you in your fitness and wellness endeavors when you are not with me in the gym. It is important to remember that only a fraction of the work happens when your working out.
Your input and comments are welcome and I look forward to hearing from all of you.
I want to start out with a bang so as a gift to all of my clients for the holidays, I am giving you one free session to be used from Thanksgiving until January 1st.
I will leave you with this thought. Thanksgiving is over, throw out the leftovers, put the pies in the garbage and focus on eating healthy and working out so that your holiday can be spent without guilt and remorse!
Drink water, move your body, park those cars far away when holiday shopping for the extra steps and I'll see you at the gym!
HUGS from your trainer....Jill

Hey Jill! I wanted to post a comment and so I had to set up my own blog! Oh well... I just wanted to congratulate you on the new addition to your website. Thanks for everything! I am sufficiently sore today... not too bad... feels GREAT! I'll see you bright and early tomorrow morning! Take care! Donna
Pack up any leftovers and send them to the office... just the cold weather today has kicked up my appetite!
I wanted to share this with all of you...I keep up with trends, recipes and new fitness routines. I wanted to try a snack idea I read in one of the fitness mags I get.
Frozen Grapes. Okay..so it sounds easy. Freeze Grapes.
I will sum up my experience in one word. YUCK
I can think of so many other snacks I would like to eat that are frozen, such as frozen sugar free fudge pops, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches.
Having a green grape stuck to my tongue is not high on my list of favorite things to eat.
Enough said!
