I remember the first time I met Jill and heard her story. I was amazed at her strength, physically and emotionally, to overcome so very many obstacles. Jill took it one step further for me, when she made me realize that I could do it, too. She got me on that Elliptical machine when I was CONVINCED that I couldn't do it...she said, just start with 15 minutes, and I thought she was crazy, but I did it. It was a great feeling. Within 6 weeks I had slowly worked up to 60 minutes of varied cardio and was seeing progress. The weight training program was amazing, and it taught me a lot about what I could do! I am so glad that I found Jill that day!
