Jill Pavel, Owner & Founder Personal Trainer,  "I started my business to help women achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Twelve years ago, I was 200-pounds heavier, and my fitness regime focused on how fast I could get to my coffee machine in the morning."

"My Life Changed Forever"

After I survived a near-fatal car accident, my surgeon insisted on performing spinal surgery. However, he refused to proceed until I lost some weight and got in better physical shape. A physical therapist introduced me to weight training and cardio excercise, and I fell in love with my newfound health, changing body, and mental well-being. I changed my eating habits and established a healthy, nutritionally sound diet.

After my surgery and speedy recovery, a mentor suggested I share with others my love of exercise. And a trainer was born! I began working at a well-known sports club franchise, but soon realized my passion for tailored, one-on-one training, and not "big business sports packages."

I believe that deciding to get fit is a personal and serious commitment that deserves as much effort from the trainer as the trainee. This is a mental, physical, and spiritual journey. I share the joy of my clients' successes, and with respect and admiration, work side-by-side with them to help them achieve their goals. After all, it's hard to give up when your trainer is working out alongside you.

Katherine Adamenko is nationally certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, dancer, and yogi. She brings over 20 years of fitness and movement expertise to create fun and engaging classes and sessions. Her mission is to empower and inspire others to live their healthy dreams out loud.

 


Danielle Diglio believes that fitness should be fun, which is why she loves that Zumba® is "exercise in disguise" -- once you're dancing, you don't even feel like you're exercising...but before you know it, you're dripping in sweat.  She also believes that group fitness is for everyone, no matter their age, size, gender or shape, and she takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming and FUN atmosphere in her classes!

 

Danielle is a licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor and an AFAA Certified Group Fitness instructor.  She is an active member of Zin™ (the Zumba® Instructor Network) and is CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross. She is a 2011 graduate of The College of New Jersey.
