Bootcamp
The
program is a mixture of cardio and strength training using your body
weight, light weights, and determination! It is
suitable for people of all fitness levels. We do things in intervals to keep your heart rate going and to help you maximize your fat burning potential. We challenge you and surprise you by helping you achieve fitness levels you thought were unreachable! Our instructors will motivate you and encourage you and the other bootcampers to work to your potential! The only Yelling you will hear will be the Celebratory Yell of Success! Our Bootcampers keep coming back because they know they are going to meet their fitness and wellnes goals!

· $5.50 perday you can get solid, measurable results! (Prices vary we offer several programming choices)
·One Step Body Bootcamp offers 2, 3, 4 and 5 Day Camps. All prices are monthly rates. We require a monthly commitment from you so we can ensure that you have every opportunity to meet your goals.
